Dr. Agnes Mary Mugagga (MBCHB)  is the Director of the Quality Management Division. She is a Medical Doctor and a Member of the Research Quality Association RQA with more than 10 years of experience in clinical research.

Dr. Mugagga is committed to supporting study teams to ensure the quality and integrity of scientific research at MU-JHU. A clinician with good knowledge of GCP, local research guidelines and US-funded research guidelines and is experienced in the implementation and maintenance of QA systems.
